Drawings of this Willey Street dwelling include: foundation and attic (size of drawing: 24'x18'), first and second floors (21"x18"), west and rear elevations (30"x17"), and front and east elevations (32"x17"). Elmer F. Jacobs, a Preston County native, came to Morgantown in 1894. He renovated High Street with Romanesque and Queen Anne Revival structures....
